Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: set back of 1150- 1200mm from the boundary line due to the below mentioned limitations so would like to amend the plans accordingly as suggested by my Building Surveyor.

Extension of time to an existing permit that allows: Development of a five storey building (providing ground level shop and apartments above) and a reduction of car parking requirements

2 lot subdivision on land adjacent to a road in a Transport Zone 2 in accordance with the endorsed plans

Use of the land for gymnasium and the construction and display of an internally illuminated business identification sign

Partial demolition, alterations and additions to the existing dwelling on land affected by the Heritage Overlay
