Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: The original objectives for this development included off street parking for three cars and secure storage for garden and outdoor equipment. In original application, we offered a 1500mm setback from the Prentice St boundary. We have since calculated that the width of the Shed/Store  with the setback would not allow the cupboards to be accessed while the small car is parked in place. This can be achieved if we increase the width of the Shed/Store by 1000mm.  We propose to move the south wall of the shed/store north by 500mm further into the property and the north (street facing) wall 500mm closer to the boundary, leaving a 1000mm setback. This will increase the roof area and floor area of the shed/store. No changes proposed to the agreed alignment on the east edge, or relationship to the existing dwelling.
