Planning Permits in Mount Waverley

We are applying for a planning permit for the purpose of applying the Liquor licence named Remote Seller’s licence, to enable us to sell wines online. A planning permit or letter from the council advising that a permit is not required to supply liquor as detailed in your application is requested by LCV. Our wines are stored in multiple units in Wilson Storage Mount Waverley (address: 68 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley 3149 VIC). Because Wilson Storage provide professional wine storage service, we don’t need to do any extra work. All we need is to gain a liquor license to sell wine online and pack orders in our units located in Wilson Storage and send them through local logistic companies, for instance Australia Post. All online related business (including storing, packing) will be held in unit LBP005-008 (please referred to attached red line plan for your reference).
